Chef Jo'el

Chef Joel

Chef Joel the Owner of Brothers-N-Arms BBQ served in the United States Marine Corps and cooked for service personal for 15 years, he continued serving the community by opening a food truck representing all branches of the military. 

 

Chef Jo'el  is our classically trained and grass roots raised head Chef. He was a chef with Disney for 13 years and opened his own personal catering service 6 years ago until teaming up with Joel and expanding Brothers-N-Arms catering into the multi level catering specialty service it is today.
